On the Subject of Bail Bonds
Bail bondsmen have a kind of security agreement with courts wherein they post bail bonds on behalf of defendants in exchange for the guaranteeing that defendants could meet their court dates. Bail bondsmen will often rely on a credit provider to provide the needed money and the credit lines are often open at all hours in order to allow bail bondsmen to operate at all hours even without any banks being open. The best bail bondsmen can even get criminal defendants free within a matter of hours instead of days.
