Have You Heard of Kudos Employee Recognition?
There is a new program out there for employee recognition. At least, I hadn’t heard of Kudos Employee Recognition Program before. It seems to have a great basis for reward and incentive. For example, if someone in your company does a great job or comes up with a good idea, that employee would receive an email from his or her manager or supervisor to award Kudos points and explain the reason he or she is receiving the recognition. This email also goes to their fellow workers, which provides wonderful recognition. There is an end goal such as whoever reaches a certain number of points before the end of the month will be able to use the employee of the month parking space for a designated time frame. Sounds like it will work!
