Organizational Diversity Is Unavoidable
Unity in Diversity is the strength. Diversity in the work-force of an organization is unavoidable and is also essential to develop innovations in the minds of the individuals. The diversity may be in nationality, sex, age, color, ethnicity, disability and other factors. In a diversified environment there are possibilities for innovations and lot of sharing among the employees and it tunes them to adapt to different culture and ultimately leads to increase in work-binding and performance. However on the other side organizational diversity, may lead to discrimination of the minority and weaker in the work place. So, organizational diversity is unavoidable and the conflicts arising due to which must be handled with utmost managerial skills.
